TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below is a brief overview of our terms and conditions.
 
Our retail partners must complete The Master Retail Jeweler Agreement, before we can begin shipping merchandise.  Please refer to the Master Agreement for full details.

• Memos are issued for 6 days
• Invoice terms are net 30 days
• Past due accounts will be charged 2% interest per month
• Original certificates will be sent after invoices are paid in full
• Returned checks will be subject to banking and processing fees

 

Conflict-Free Diamond Assurance Policy

Diamond Advantage LLC, hereby certifies that all diamonds supplied to this store are in complete conformity with the United Nations' Kimberley Process.  Our Diamonds are invoiced with the following statement approved by the UN.

"The Diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions.  The undersigned hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."

All countries that are participants of the Kimberley Process are closely monitored.  Participants undergo periodic reviews, along with peer monitoring to ensure compliance.  Furthermore, all rough diamond sales are independently audited, and are also subject to separate governmental regulations.  Any country that is found not to be in compliance cannot be sanctioned by the Kimberley Process.

Kimberley Process Requirements

Each shipment of rough diamonds crossing an international border must be:
--Transported in a tamper-resistant container
--Accompanied by a government-validated Kimberley Process Certificate;
--Each certificate must be resistant to forgery, uniquely numbered and describe the shipments contents
--The shipment can only be exported to another KPCS participant country;
--Failure to comply with these procedures can lead to confiscation or rejection of parcels and/or criminal sanctions; and
--If any concerns areise regarding a country's adherence to the KPCS, they must be investigated and dealt with at an intergovernmental level.
